1Who Holds Your Data

yudita.rw is run by Le Visage, a brand of Cecilia Africa Ltd. Yudita is a fictional character in our campaign; she does not receive or see your data. Cecilia Africa Ltd is responsible for your information under Rwanda's law on the protection of personal data and privacy (Law No 058/2021).

2What We Collect

• What you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email if you add one, and the video files you send.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email about your order.
• Payments: the amount, the mobile money number used and the payment reference from pawaPay. We never see your PIN.
• Basic technical data: the date and time of uploads and the IP address used, to keep the site secure.

3How We Use It

Only to do the job you asked for: review and edit your videos, send you the price, payment links, drafts and the final video, answer your questions, and keep records of payments.

We save your name and WhatsApp number as soon as you continue to the upload step. If your upload doesn't finish, we send you one WhatsApp message offering to take the videos on WhatsApp instead. We don't follow up again after that.

We do not sell your data and we do not send you advertising unless you ask for it.

4Who Sees It

Your files and details are not disclosed or shared with anyone outside the Le Visage team unless you agree. To run the service we rely on a few providers who process data only on our behalf:

• our web server, where uploads are stored
• pawaPay, for mobile money payments
• WhatsApp, for messages you exchange with us

We will share information with authorities only if Rwandan law requires it.

5Before And After Snippets

As our Terms explain, Le Visage may show short before and after snippets of videos it has edited, to promote its work. Your name, number and contact details are never shown with them. If you don't want your video used this way, tell us and we won't.

6How Long We Keep It

We keep your video files for 90 days after the final delivery, so you can ask for a copy or a small fix, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

7Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it along with your files. You can also withdraw your agreement to before and after snippets. Write to us and we will answer within 7 days.
